By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the megaace platform — including its website, mobile site, games, betting services, bingo rooms, and related features — you ("the Player") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the megaace Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on this platform.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may register and maintain only one (1) megaace account. 4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion.

6.1 Random Number Generators

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, megaace and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the megaace platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or damage to systems arising from your use of the platform.
• Gaming losses sustained through normal platform operation.
• Technical interruptions, outages, or delays outside megaace's reasonable control, including failures of third-party payment processors or telecommunications infrastructure.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

megaace's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit megaace's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

• Failure to satisfy KYC or AML verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting megaace support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any pending verification requirements.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall remain in full effect after any account closure.
